WHO WE ARE

The Sansu Automotives Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO 9001 : 2008 certified company. We are specialized in aluminium gravity die casting .Established in 1988 , doing a variety of Gravity Die Castings for various reputed limited companies. The promoters are Mr. U. S. Singh, Managing Director, a mechanical engineer with over 50 years of field experience including 20 years at (MICO) Bosch and Sanjai Singh, Joint Managing Director, B.Tech (IIT), MS (USA) with 20 years in the software industry.

We have trained quality assurance engineers for all processes involved in casting and machining. We have in house SPECTRO and micro lab for testing chemistry and microstructure of the material poured.

We manufacture M F box and cover plate for RANE,3 and 6 cylinder pumps for BOSCH ,medical equipments,8 and 10 cylinder pumps for diesel generator sets[KIRLOSKER COMPANY],hydraulic pumps for Dynamatic technologies ,upper bracket for TVS Apache motorcycles..UNO MINDA GROUP , export component used by Nissan[USA]..multitech industries,inc.

Gravity die casting is a manufacturing process for producing accurately dimensioned, sharply defined metal parts.

Aluminium is very light metal.Use of aluminium in vehicle reduces dead-weight and energy conception.

We provide a complete service from design and manufacture of tools as you required.

The foundry division has extensive facilities with furnaces and modern equipments like short blasting machines.

SANSU is a one stop manufacturer of Gravity Die Castings from manufacturing Aluminum Alloy to Casting to Heat Treatment, CNC Machining and Shot Blasting

SANSU specializes in Aluminum Gravity Die Castings (GDC)

GDC ranges from 0.5 kgs to 20 kgs

Most products are for Automotive Industry and hence high volume

Monthly production around 100-130 MT of castings

In 2015, expanded for backwards integration to manufacture high quality Aluminum alloys required for GDC, also supply to market

In 2015/2016, expanded in CNC machining to supply machined castings to our customers
