Our History
Founded in 1988, Sansu is an IATF certified manufacturer of high-quality gravity die casting for over three decades. In 2015, Sansu added a factory for the manufacturing of Aluminum Alloys. In addition, we have facilities for VMC machining, Heat Treatment, Shot Blasting and Ultrasonic Cleaning thereby providing a one stop solution to our customers.

We have 15 Electric and Gas furnaces from 150 kgs to 500 kgs for manufacture of GDC from 0.2 to 20 kgs.

We have VMC machining capability with 10 VMCs and SPMs and gauges for accurate machining of our components.

We have 3 HT setups for T6 heat treatment of aluminum castings and cater to the wide ranging requirements of the automotive industry.

Our quality lab is equipped with Spectromaxx spectrometer, roughness tester, hardness checker, flatness tester, porosity tester and various instruments and gauges.

We have Shot Blasting setups, ultrasonic cleaning and 100% generator backup for both the units.
